Central Park South has a spacious tiled contemporary lounge, with a sumptuous comfy sofa and love seat, coffee and occasional tables with lamps, and an entertainment center with 47-inch cable TV, stereo system, radio, CD/DVD player and a VCR.

Sleeping accommodation includes 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio and telephone, plus a dresser with cable TV with DVD player, closet space, its own private balcony overlooking beautiful conservation to the rear of the property, and a separate private master bathroom with toilet, vanity basin and shower with bath. A second bedroom features a queen-size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, closet space, and shared family bathroom. The other bedroom enjoys 2 twin beds, together with nightstand and lamp, dresser with TV and VCR, closet space, and an adjacent, shared family bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the lounge can be converted to a queen-size sleeper if required.
