Villa Kinsella is a stunning family villa which is set on two levels with its own private pool and gardens. It is located on a small private estate with only nine other villas.

The Villa is located on a private urbanization called La Capellania/Torremar. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, bars and shops close by in Benalmadena Pueblo and the beaches of Benalmadena Costa are only ten minutes away in the car. The villa is conveniently situated for the coasts main motorway the A7 which serves the whole of the Costa del Sol. Malaga airport is only fifteen minutes away and Marbella with its renowned beaches and shopping is only 25-30 minutes away.There is a british supermarket, bar and restaurant and a bus stop within a few minutes walk. The urbanization hosts its own beach and Spanish beach bar/restaurant with sun beds and parasols available for hire. This is a twenty minute walk down hill from the villa .

The villa has a large family sized open plan lounge and dining room, which is beautifully furnished and has Cable T.V. which is similar to Sky Digital [no card is required] Step out through the patio onto a large covered terrace and well kept garden. Relax and while the time away and if the mood takes you dive into the sparkling swimming pool to cool down.

The modern full sized kitchen is complete with electric cooker and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.

The master bedroom has a double bed, small dressing room with built in wardrobes, leading into an en suite bathroom complete with shower. There are patio doors leading on to outside terrace.

There are a further three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, all having built in wardrobes. The front bedrooms also lead onto an outside terrace. There is one other complete bathroom between the bedrooms. The fifth bedroom, containing twin beds, in on the lower floor, leading off the living area.

The Villa is fully air conditioned throughout and there is ample parking for two cars on the driveway. The property is walled and has electric security gates and an intercom system.

Hand and bath towels are provided once a week, however you should bring your own towels for the Beach.
