The City of Javea on the beautiful Costa Blanca is eighty kilometres north east of Alicante and is just an hour drive from Alicante airport. Javea is between Denia & Altea and is a mere forty five minute drive from Benidorm……why not keep the kids amused and visit the Waterpark. Javea has an unspoilt landscape with gorgeous sandy beaches and coves and a multitude of tapas bars, bars & restaurants of all descriptions. You can also visit the beautiful marina and people watch whilst enjoying a favourite tipple or two!

Such is the design of the villa that it is suitable for either a couple or family seeking privacy or for larger family parties and friends where you can spread out over the two floors of the villa.

Villa Bay View has six double bedrooms, four of which are en-suite. A seventh bedroom has bunk beds (for children only) . Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor all with ensuite bathrooms and the other three are on the upper floor, one of which has an ensuite, the other two bedrooms share a shower room.

The large beautifully furnished lounge on the upper floor, has sumptuous cream leather sofas to relax after a hard days sunbathing where you can watch satellite television or watch a favourite DVD (bring your own favourites). Off the lounge is a large diner which will comfortably seat eight people and the dining area opens up onto a large covered naya (covered terrace) which houses a built in barbecue (a great place to eat in the evenings) and there is lots more seating. The views from the terrace are spectacular and you will feel like you are in paradise taking them in with a freshly made glass of sangria……….ahh bliss. The kitchen is off the living room and is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you might need. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
At the very top of the house there is a bar / sitting room and it is here that you will be able to take some spectacular photographs of the views of the bay and Mount Montgo.

Well, last but by no means least, that leaves us with the large extended landscaped gardens. The top of the garden boasts a bar area with seating and barbecue facilities, what better way to relax . If you are feeling energetic why not play table tennis on the full size table or plunge into the large private swimming pool. 10m x 5m (shallow end 1m depth and deep end 2m depth) and do a few lengths or just have some fun with the children.
