ACCOMMODATION
On entering through the arched solid Oak door is the reception hall and inner archway leading into the dining room with solid Teak dining table and twin sliding glass doors opening to the poolside terraces. An inner archway leads to the very attractive lounge/drawing room with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, CD player, feature fireplace, draped blue/white soft cotton curtains and side door to the garden terrace. The very modern pine fitted kitchen has 'Bosch' dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with infra-red hob, fridge/freezer, eye-level fitted cupboards and door to side terrace. Adjacent to a very attractive twin bedroom with Teak fitted wardrobes and private access to the poolside terrace is a fully tiled shower room. From the reception area are two staircases. The main staircase with terracotta tiles leads up to the landing area and further onto the superb Master twin bedroom with ladies dressing area,oak fitted wardrobes, luxury full en-suite hydro-bath/shower room and direct access to the furnished upper terrace, ideal for private sun bathing with magnificent far reaching sea views. The third bedroom with twin beds also has a dressing area, full ensuite shower room and views to verdant rolling hillsides. The second staircase leads down to the maids quarters and the Laundry room housing the washing machine.
