Introduction

Rojales is situated ca. 6 km from the seaside resort Guardamar del Segura with its beautiful sandy beaches. It is a typical Spanish village. The municipality also includes a number of urbanisations and Ciudad Quesada is one of them. The villa (ca. 100 m²) is built against a hill and has a functional interior. From the street side you can access (without stairs) the tiled front garden (ca. 50 m²) with swimming pool as well as the living area and one of the bedrooms with a bathroom. The other two bedrooms can only be reached via the lower terrace, ca. 10 steps down. Both bedrooms have a separate entrance but share one bathroom. All of the bedrooms have a fan. The lower terrace (ca. 150 m²) is blessed with a view of the 18 hole golf course La Marquesa. You can also enjoy a small covered terrace (ca. 6 m²) that also has a view of the golf course. There is a sufficient amount of garden furniture and you also have a barbecue at your disposal. You can park the car on the public road in front of the house.
