Step out from the family room on to the pool deck, where you can sit on the comfortable deck cushioned furniture, or take a dip in the heated sparkling pool or bubbling spa pool. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

The “final touch” of this incredible home is its converted game room with full size 8ft pool table and Foosball table, designed to provide your family with a fun-filled evening!!

Sleeping accommodation at Tranquility Villa includes a master bedroom that opens directly to the pool deck, with a King-size bed, cable TV, night-stands with lamps, telephone and clock/radio/alarm, walk in closet space, and dresser, plus a master bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, walk-in shower, roman tub and toilet. A second master bedroom suite is on the opposite side of the house, upstairs, and also affords a queen-size bed, night-stands with lamps, plus a dresser, closet space, and master bathroom with vanity basin, shower/bath, and toilet. There's a further spacious bedroom with a full bed, night stand with lamp, walk-in closets, and adjacent (shared) family bathroom. For the kids, there are two further bedrooms; each has two twin beds, night stands, closet space, and a shared bathroom. Finally, there's a queen-size sleeper/sofa in the family room.

The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast...but don't worry about preparing food while on vacation! Some of the best eateries in central Florida can be found just minutes away.
