La Malva is situated in a really peaceful area, La Fustera, just a five minute drive away to the beach, a supermarket ,bars and restaurants. Just a fifty minute drive from Alicante airport which serves the Costa Blanca and an hour and a half from Valencia airport , the villa is in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of the typically bigger Costa Blanca resorts.
Calpe a very well known town on the Costa Blanca and is only a ten minute drive away and is famous for its amazing landmark that is the Penon de Ifach. This is a gigantic granite rock towering over 600 metres high. The rock is right on Calpe beach.
On each side of the rock are two fantastic sandy Calpe beaches and this is the reason why most people come on holiday to Calpe - the beaches are of a very high quality sand and the waters are clean. The beaches are so long and wide that unlike the nearby town of Benidorm, you can always find a spot on the beach. The facilities on the beaches are excellent with many play areas for the children right on the beach itself. The Calpe beaches are superb and always hold a blue flag which means they are certified as being clean by the European Foundation for Environmental Education. They are surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars and clubs offering a wide variety of food, drink and entertainment.
La Malva is a beautiful modern large air conditioned villa which has everything you will need for a superb relaxing holiday. The neighbouring villa, Casa Lagartija sleeps up to thirteen people in case you are a large party of up to twenty three looking for luxury accommodation in two separate villas very close by.
The upper floor of the villa has a roomy lounge / diner with wide screen plasma T.V. and satellite (full sky pack on this floor) and gorgeous leather sofas. If you have a wireless laptop, internet access is also possible, to keep up to date with your emails whilst you are away. From the lounge, step out onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden and sit and relax, taking time to catch up on that last chapter of your latest read or just watch the world go by.
On this floor there are two double bedrooms one with an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, bidet, toilet and vanity unit. There is also a further twin bedroom and a separate shower room with toilet and bidet.
If you fancy rustling up a snack or a more elaborate feast then there are two kitchens in the villa to choose from. The first is on this floor and is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need.
The garden and terrace areas offer plenty of places to relax and you can pick a lemon off the lemon tree to grace your gin and tonic! The pool area is beautiful and all your party will enjoy swimming in the clear sparkling waters. There is also another raised terrace area with fabulous views to the sea with a BBQ area, sink unit with a table and chairs and pagoda if you need that extra bit of shade from the midday sun.
There is separate access to the downstairs level where you will find a second lounge with satellite T.V. Here you will find the separate kitchen/ diner and two further bedrooms a double and a twin. There is also a further shower room with toilet and vanity unit.

The pricing for the villa is for up to ten people and we can sleep upto another two people by supplying a double sofa bed at an extra 150 euros per week .
