The villa is located within 30km from the lovely beaches of Fréjus and St-Raphaël and on the same distance of the Lake of St-Croix (a variety of water sports), reachable via the 'Grand Canyon du Verdon', a splendid mountain area with deep clefts, which is surely worth seeing.
