By this, it is recommended to bring along snow chains in the winter. The ski tracks and lifts of the “four Berge Schischaukel" (115 km tracks) are located at the house and in the direct surrounding. An ideal starting point in the summer for a variety of hikes, mountain trips, golf, swimming and one of the recreation lakes, etc… Besides, you can visit the pleasant Schladming, the centre point of the region Dachstein-Tauern, with its many restaurants, cafes and shops. The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
