In the much sought after area of La Fustera in Benissa on the Costa Blanca coast and within walking distance of bars, beaches, restaurants and a supermarket is the beautiful Villa Margarita.
Moraira is on the coast below Javea. It has grown from being a small fishing village to an attractive holiday town. The buildings are all low-rise which is nice and probably because of this it retains its unique charm. The Moraira valley is stunning. It is full of whitewashed Villas and is very green with lots of pine trees.
Morairas marina is very nice and swanky. This area contains some amazing restaurants, its a great area for eating outside. The main street is small and colourful with an excellent variety of local shops, there is also a superb market on Friday morning.
Little known El Portet is just around the corner almost like a Caribbean bay, the water is turquoise, the road to it is winding. The hills are alive with pine trees. The waters are very calm and safe for children.
Villa Margarita is a true luxury air conditioned villa within a five minute walk to the beach. There are five good sized bedrooms and the villa can sleep up to thirteen. It is perfectly laid out on two floors so that family and friends alike have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy their own space.
The upper floor incorporates a very bright and airy lounge which has fabulous views over the sea and Calpe rock. There is a log fire featured in the room and Sky T.V. together with a DVD player (bring your own favourites). There are two kitchens in this large villa and the first can be found on this floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with items such as a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area has a table and chairs and there is a sofa bed found here for use by larger parties. The first of the bedrooms is a double with a dressing room area and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and separate walk in shower, vanity unit and toilet. There is a further double bedroom and separate shower room, vanity unit and toilet found on this floor. Step outside onto the terrace where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee and take in the stunning sea views.
The lower level can be reached from the dining area or outside via the terrace. This level incorporates a twin bedroom (which has a third pull out bed) and an ensuite shower room and two further double bedrooms one with an ensuite shower room. There is another shower room to complete the bathrooms on this floor with a walk in shower, sink and toilet. A second large lounge / diner with Sky T.V. and DVD player can provide large family or friend groups with that little bit of time out from each other. There is a further kitchen which is also fully equipped for use when downstairs and provides easy access to the pool area.
The delightful pool area has beautiful palm trees and mature plants with a large sunbathing terrace. The sparkling clear blue pool adjacent to the sunbathing terrace will provide hours of fun for all the family. Spark up the gas BBQ and throw on some steaks and soon the garden will be filled with the wonderful cooking aroma.
