The fitted kitchen has microwave, marble work top, washing machine, fridge/freezer and gas cooker. The comfortable master double bedroom has a private doorway to the side gardens. One twin bedroom wih fitted wardrobes shares the adjacent full bath/shower room. An extra added bonus is the large roof top sun terrace with fine views over the swimming pool and gardens.

Adjacent, is the self contained Annexe, reached by outer steps, leading up to a twin bedroom with full bath/shower room and French doors opening to the private upper sun terrace. This room is ideal for older children or an aupair/nanny.
