How do I list my property?
Listing a property on evesta™ is easy, inexpensive and effective. First you need to complete a simple log in procedure and choose a username and password. Once you log in you are directed to My Page where all your user account info is listed. Under My listings, click List new property and follow the steps. Once your listing is complete, you need to activate it. Select one or more of your listings and click the Activate listing button. Here you choose a subscription option, your payment method and finalize payment. Your listing will go online once you finish.

How do I modify or remove my listings?
You can modify or remove any listing at any time. Simply log in to My Page, select the listing you wish to modify and click the Edit button. On the editing page you can go directly to any of the listing steps and change the information, add or remove pictures and request a translation of the property description into another language. When you have completed all your modifications click Save and then click the Back to My Page button.

What subscription options can I choose from?
We like to offer our subscribers flexibility therefor our listings are offered on a monthly basis. You can terminate your subscription at any time.

Are my subscription payments secure?
All subscription payments are handled by WorldPay, a global leader in secure internet payment solutions and part of the Bank of Scotland group. All your billing and credit card information is kept on their secure site. When you activate a new listing or renew a subscription you will be rerouted to a secure webpage on WorldPay´s site.

Who can see my contact info?
Your contact info is not displayed on your property listing. Interested renters send enquiries for properties through a simple form after registering at evesta™. This is our attempt to weed out bogus enquiries and to keep our subscribers as free from unsolicited Email as possible.

What should I look out for?
Unfortunately there are people who are looking to scam others out of their money. If you receive any suspect enquiries, for example someone wishes to pay by check in an amount greater than the rental fee and asks you to wire back the balance, please let us know immediately.

Which languages should I choose?
We strongly recommend you only choose to accept enquiries in languages you are comfortable doing business in. Your listing will appear on all our international sites giving it maximum exposure, therefore it can be a good idea to translate your property description into other languages to increase your chances of generating bookings. You will only receive enquiries from guests who are able to do business in your preferred languages.

How do I search your database?
Searching for vacation rentals on evesta™ is simple. You can use the quicksearch tool on our Homepage or our Advanced Search that lets you narrow your search down using multiple criteria. Our search engine will display up to 200 results on the search results page. You then have the option of refining your search results further or defining a new search. You can add as many as 20 properties that you like to My favorites.

There are no listings where I want to go, what can I do?
If you can´t find any listings near your destination let us know and we will attempt to find accommodation for you. Contact us at enquiry@evesta.com.

How do I make a booking?
Booking procedures will vary between owners. Once you have made contact, owners will inform you of their policies. A rental agreement or lease is something we strongly recommend. Make sure both parties agree to the details and have everything in writing before money changes hands.

Can I enquire about multiple properties at once?
Yes you can. Simply add properties of interest to My Favorites on My Page, select those properties you would like to enquire about, fill out the form and send. Easy!

How do I know if a property listing is accurate?
evesta™, as a listing directory, is comparable to a newspaper or some other publication that has classified ads. We are not able to verify the content or accuracy of listings on our site. We suggest you ask for references from owners before renting.

What sort of deposit, payment and cancellation policies should I expect?
Policies will vary from owner to owner. Typical policies include a deposit upon booking of 10%-50% of the rental fee with the balance due 6-8 weeks before arrival. Make sure you read the owners policies and the rental agreement carefully with regards to rental fee payments, cancellations and security deposits.

How do I make enquiries in foreign languages?
When searching for properties, make sure you filter through the search results and select properties that accept enquiries in languages you speak. Some property owners are only comfortable dealing in their own language.
